Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at abhigyaart2021@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
Our team will review your request and assist accordingly.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered if:
- A damaged product was delivered, or
- An incorrect product was received.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
